Oh, my. Where to even start with this? Okay, I'll just say that if the first episode of Papa to Kiss in the Dark was hilarious (or disturbing, depending on how you like your humor), the second episode is the kind of thing where you'll laugh so hard your spleen will explode, or something equally violent. I mean, this had BETTER be funny, because if it's serious it's just...worrisome.

When we last left our hero, Mira was very upset after hearing that his father and butt-banger Kyousuke was, in fact, not his dad. We open our scene with Mira's best friend, Kazu, attempting to comfort him. Here's a quick summary of the scene:

Kazu: Mira, you have just found out that your lover is NOT really your father, and you're shocked and depressed. But guess what! Mira: What? Kazu: I'm in love with you! *pounce* Mira: ...

Some sort of sexual activity is had, but Kazu still has pants on at the end of the scene, so who knows what. I don't know about you, but when I'm upset because my illegal and incestuous relationships turn out to be just illegal, I like to have sex with my best friend to make me feel better.

I'm not going to bother describing the rest of the scenes to you, because really? They're all just Mira angsting, and having sex with Kyousuke (even though Kyousuke ISN'T his dad, *sob*). Turns out Mira's in love with the guy, even if it isn't his real father. How sweet.

Fortunately for Mira, it turns out at the end of the episode that not only is Utsunomiya Miyuki (step-mother of the older student who found Mira so attractive in the first episode) his real mother (and a total MILF!), Kyousuke is-- dun dun dunnnnn --his uncle! Thus, their relationship is still incestuous and icky (I'm all for incest, but in this case, one of them raised the other when he was a baby; I have trouble reconciling that). Huzzah!

This screencap takes place while Mira is doing something unknown with Kazu. He's mourning the fact that it's just not exciting him much. Wow.
