You may have noticed a few changes around here at YaoiSuki. That's because we've moved to a new host, and in the process upgraded and altered a bunch of our features (most notably: embedded wiki and better forums). Unfortunately, we lost our user database in the move, so those of you who were signed up will unfortunately need to sign up again. It's a pretty painless process though!

It's mostly only talked about in locked posts and I don't want to link to personal journals, but it looks like Livejournal might be in the midst of a crackdown on many things, including shota. The 'shota' LJ community is gone and various communities and fiction journals are disappearing. How much of this is LJ / Six Apart and how much of this is people panicking due to rumors I don't know. I am not repeating this here to panic anyone, but rather to let people know.
Sorry for the lack of links, but pointing at which journals and comms are having Friends-Only discussions about this would mess with the discussions being private.
Atarashi games is taking an interesting approach to marketing their upcoming yaoi game. They are going to have a yaoi section in their forum to draw interest.
There is an interesting detail in aO's report on the Broccoli panel at the recent Fanime Con. Delivery Cupid might have to have a sheet of paper over the cover at Borders and Waldenbooks.
From Asahi.com, here is another article on Tonari no 801-chan. The reason why I am posting another article on this is the interesting sales figures on this title. Will someone license this soon? I want to read it.

Wiggle on the yaoi-in-english mailing list noticed that Rightstuf has listings for two unannounced yaoi titles from Media Blasters.
The first is Scandalous Seiryo University by Kazuto Tatsukawa.
The second title is Dog Style by Modoru Motoni.
Also, it looks like Iris Print is doing their own BL magazine. It's called BL Twist. According to the press release it will have serialized manga, news and reviews.
My Neighbor 801-chan (Tonari no 801-chan) is going to have a live action version. I will be very interesting to see how a show about a yaoi fangirl will be handled.

Mangablog posted a link to a translation of a Mainichi news article about yaoi. I've never seen 'Fujoshi' translated as 'wilted women' before, though.
Also, we got an e-newsletter from 801 Media full of interesting info.
The newsletter points out that Yaoi is now it's own catagory on Amazon.com. It has sub-genres like "Sensei & Student" and "Salarymen".
At Anime Expo 801 Media will have copies of Ichigenme 2 and Love Is Like A Hurricane 1. Also, they have pictures of the freebies they will a have on their blog. Also, we should expect some new title announcements at Anime Expo. Yay, I love new title annoucements.
Oh, and for the sake of completeness, I will include a link to a press release that Yaoi-con put out about their location and guests and stuff. I did not note any new information in it, though.

Mangablog posted two press releases, one from Central Park Media and one from Be Beautiful. They didn't really say much outside of the fact that they did put out books when they said they would. I am sort of amused by these press releases, especially since Casino Lily, one of the titles mentioned, has been in stock at Amazon.com for several days now. So, anyways, they still exist.
Over at Kitty Media they actually updated their website. The missing pages of Thunderbolt Boys Excite have been posted. You can find them here and here. Also, clicking the 'manga' tab on their website shows a page about their yaoi manga.

An entry over at the Broccoli Blog talks about Delivery Cupid. Broccoli hopes to have it available at Anime Expo.
There is an interesting detail in this article about the game Panty Explosion. The company making it, Atarashi Games, will make a yaoi RPG next.
Also, according to an email in my inbox yesterday, Drama Queen's Rush #1 started shipping yesterday.
