You may have noticed a few changes around here at YaoiSuki. That's because we've moved to a new host, and in the process upgraded and altered a bunch of our features (most notably: embedded wiki and better forums). Unfortunately, we lost our user database in the move, so those of you who were signed up will unfortunately need to sign up again. It's a pretty painless process though!

No, Not Really Saturday, 04 August 2007 Just in case this is still making the serious rounds: no, KISS is NOT making a yaoi manga with Be Beautiful. Apparently BB's John O'Donnell even answered his phone long enough to tell MangaBlog as much. That said, I think we should campaign to BB (or anyone else who'll listen) that a KISS yaoi would be freakin' awesome, if only for those infamous "lulz." {mos_sb_discuss:17}

Takumi-kun The Movie! Thursday, 02 August 2007 Oh noes! We totally missed "yaoi day" (8/01). Oops. But Japan didn't - a movie based on the Takumi-kun series was announced. ♥ Oh, and Jordan - who swears she's gonna do a big news post soon - wanted me to let you know that Silver Diamond is going to be published by TOKYOPOP, and NOT by BLU, and that it is by the author's request. While I was looking into the manga I saw a lot of people (especially yaoi fans) who seemed to really like it, so it sounds like fun. Fayedoll sent me a link to the Tokudane LJ here with links to the Amazon.ca listings for the books. Also, Mangacast has their posts up for the new licenses, complete with cover shots. The post for the June titles is here and the 801 Media titles are here. Also, 801 Media has confirmed that Weekend Lovers by Kiriko Fuwa is an upcoming 801 Media title. The title is on Amazon.ca here, also found by Fayedoll.
